How fast is delivery in Greater Vancouver?
We offer express local delivery across Greater Vancouver. Estimated delivery time is 60–120 minutes, depending on location, traffic, and external conditions.
Do you offer overnight delivery?
Yes. Overnight express delivery is available in select areas. Pricing will be shown at checkout.
Is your delivery discreet?
Absolutely. All orders are delivered in plain, unmarked packaging. Our couriers never disclose the contents of your order.
What areas do you deliver to?

Returns & Refunds
Can I return intimate products?
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products and sex toys are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Approved defective items will be replaced.
